As your management company, our team will be at your disposal. Our entire office staff is able to handle service requests and respond to questions and concerns in a helpful way. Our field technicians will familiarize themselves with your facility in order to provide you with the highest level of service in an efficient manner. Currently, our staff consists of approximately thirty employees, at least one-third of whom have been with us for ten to twenty years or more.
As part of our management services, we will prepare accurate annual budgets with periodic variance reports, do regular physical inspections, make recommendations for improvements and take a proactive approach to finding efficiencies and cost savings with a strong preventative maintenance program. We also provide 24 hour services including emergency responses when necessary.
